Frequently asked questions
Is Kasb free for workers?+
Yes. Workers can create a profile, browse jobs and apply completely free. You can even build a profile without a CV.
How does the AI shortlisting work?+
When a worker applies, our AI compares their profile and CV against your job requirements — experience, skills, language, location, salary, availability and visa — and gives each applicant a 0–100 match score with a clear explanation.
Do employers see every applicant?+
By default employers see the AI shortlist of the best-fit candidates first. You can always choose to reveal all applicants if you want a wider pool.
How much does it cost to post a job?+
Your first job post is free. Every additional post is a flat OMR 3 — no plans or subscriptions. You only pay when you post.
Can I use Kasb on my phone?+
Absolutely. Kasb is mobile-first and installable as an app (PWA) on Android, iPhone and desktop — add it to your home screen for a fast, app-like experience.
